Our application accesses the following Google data for authorized sales team members:

  • Gmail messages — reading, composing, and sending emails on behalf of the user
  • Gmail settings — managing email signatures, labels, and sending configuration

3. How We Use the Data

We use the accessed data solely for:

  • Sending sales outreach emails to prospective clients
  • Managing email settings (e.g. signatures) for sales representatives
  • Tracking email delivery status within our internal sales platform

We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the internal sales workflow described above.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • Email content and metadata may be temporarily cached within our platform to display conversation history and delivery status.
  • We do not store full email content long-term beyond what is necessary for the sales workflow.
  • Cached data is deleted when no longer needed or upon revocation of access.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to any third parties, except:

  • As required by applicable law or legal process
  • To service providers strictly necessary for platform operation (e.g. hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations

6. Data Security

We protect data using industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls limited to authorized personnel, and secure server infrastructure.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Access Revocation

Users can revoke our app's access at any time through their Google Account permissions. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing the user's Google data and delete any cached data.

This application is for internal use only — access is limited to authorized Prostrona.pl sales team members.
